When I thought about washing in college I figured maybe I'll wash every two weeks. It won't cost that much that way I can save money. Welllllll.. I thought wrong. Everyone may not be the same, but here's some tips for which I experience on washing in college.
1. I'm not sure how big your hamper is but mine gets full pretty quick. Try to wash a load EVERYTIME your hamper gets full.
2. Your probably thinking duh why wouldn't I? Well.. most of us are lazy college students so we procrastinate saying we will wait to do our laundry and never do it. DONT LET IT PILE UP!
3. The more clothes you let pile up the more money your going to spend. Isn't $2.50 for wash and dry together better than $7.50 for 3 loads??? Yeah I thought so.
4. Who wants to wash three loads, then have to fold all of them? Folding is way much harder than unfolding trust me lol. Those clothes will be waiting to be folded class after class ... day after day.
5. Don't be lazy, Go wash that one load and get it over with! :)
That's the same thought I had coming to college, to every 2 weeks. But clothes definitely pile up very quick especially for girls.
ReplyDeleteThis is great advice! I always wait way to long to do my laundry, sometimes when I know I'm going home I wait and don't do it for like 2 weeks.
